Cozy Homes Cleaning Service. Pricing Per Sq. Ft Standard/Recurring $0.05- $0.15 Deep Cleaning $0.13 - $0.20 Move in/Out Cleaning $0.10 - $0.30 Factors that Impact your quote: Did you know? Hiring a solo cleaner (independent) will usually save you 20-40% compared to a professional cleaning company out of Louisville or Elizabethtown. Pets: Please have pets secured in a separate room or area during the cleaning. This helps ensure their safety and allows me to clean efficiently without any distractions. Condition: The first visit is almost charged as a Deep Clean at a higher rate to get the home to a “Maintenance Level”. The price of your quote may slightly change the day of the clean, depending on the condition of the home. Fees : Pet Fee : If you have pets that shed, there will be a slight pet fee ranging from $20-$35 depending on the severity of the amount of hair. Travel Fee : A Travel fee will be applied if the cleaner has to drive more than 25-30 minutes to reach you. the fee will range between $20.00-$35.00 depending on the location of the home. Supplies : The cleaner supplies their own products, Vacuum and Mop. if there is anything you would not like used on your furniture or floors, please let me know before starting your clean. Discounts : Starting January 1st, 2026 we now offer Military and Senior Discounts. Only one discount can applied to one clean at a time. Military/Veteran - 10% off Senior (63+) - 10-15% off About info Payment: Payment is due after service is complete. If payment is not paid by the Invoice sent through the booking app, Apple Pay, Venmo, or cash within 4 hours of the time the service was completed, the customers card on file will be charged the amount that is due. How to prepare for your cleaning: Please make sure any important documents, personal items etc are put away so nothing gets accidentally broken or misplaced. Frequency: We offer a discount for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. Photography & Privacy: From time to time, I may take before-after photos of my work for quality control, training or marketing purposes. Photos will never include Children bedrooms, personal items, people or identifying details. If you do not wish to have photos taken inside your home, please let me know before your clean.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cozy Homes will charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no/shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
